Happy new year to everyone!
The year 2021 still sounds like a futuristic year to me. Part of me feels that 1990 was only a couple of years ago! I nearly cried yesterday when I saw a post that said we are closer to 2050 than 1990! That to me just doesn’t seem possible!
My mind started wandering and I began daydreaming about time and how cool it would be to time travel. Where would you travel to if you had the choice?
I immediately thought about music and how incredible it would be to time travel to any concert I wanted to.
It’s hard to whittle it down as there would be loads I would travel to, but my top five are:
13 January 1956 – Carver School Auditorium, Tulsa, OK – The Soul Stirrers (with Sam Cooke)
14 January 1960 – Live at The Sands – Nat King Cole
24 June – 8 July 1964 – Copacabana, New York City, NY – Sam Cooke
6 October 1972 – Center Arena, Seattle, WA – The Carpenters
2020 – Sanremo – Tiziano Ferro
